We are equipped with a full cardio room, two individual workout rooms. A coffee bar with coffee personally ground from our friend Hobo Ed a few miles away from Kimberton Coffee.
Full cardio equipment, TRX, Kettlebells, Stability balls, Bosu balls, Free weights, Functional trainer, Boxing gym, Benches, Our treadmills are built and assembled by Landis in New Jersey.
At Personalized Fitness 4 You we believe in networking and forming strong relationships with local green companies such as Kimberton Coffee and our good friend Matthew Cain, founder of YB Wines. After all, that is what we are a professional, world class establishment serving Chester Springs and its community.
For the first 20 people that walk into our doors on October 1st we will gift you a free metabolic test (worth $80)
